Sign inCreate ProfileEnglish (UK)Specialist Homecare NurseBirmingham, West Midlands, United Kingdom|req617 Apply nowShare Save Job Back to SearchThis is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and patient ‑focused Registered Nurse to play a key role in delivering high quality‑ care beyond the traditional hospital setting.  As a Specialist Nurse, you’ll support patients in their own homes, helping to facilitate early discharge from hospital and prevent unnecessary admissions, while delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care. You’ll work as part of a supportive multi‑disciplinary team, making a real difference to patient outcomes and experiences every day. This role will see you working 37.5 hours per week over 5 days (including occasional weekends) and will cover the West Midlands so being confident on the road is a must. What you’ll be doing As a Specialist Nurse, you’ll be responsible for delivering excellent clinical care in line with patient needs, KPIs.
