Essential
12+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
3+ years in a ServiceNow Architect or Lead Developer capacity.
Proven experience implementing multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC/IRM, SPM).
Deep expertise in: ServiceNow scripting (Client & Server-side) , Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Portal / Employee Center, ATF, CMDB architecture
Strong experience with enterprise integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end implementations (design through deployment).
Strong understanding of security models (ACLs, roles, domain separation).
Experience working in Agile environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work in high-pressure, regulated environments.
