As an In Room Dining Captain, you’re not just leading in-room food and beverage service – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Delight our guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their experience special
- Lead room service team: Oversee order rotation among servers, monitor service quality, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
- Prepare for seamless service: Set up room service trays and tables in advance for timely order delivery
- Deliver with care: Retrieve food and beverage orders and deliver to guest rooms or meeting rooms
- Process transactions: Present checks to guests, collect payments, and return signed checks to the order taker
- Take guest orders: Assist with order-taking tasks and respond to room service phone calls
- Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
- High School Diploma/University Degree (list highest required level only)
- X years of experience in Y (e.g., hotel management)
- License or Certification
