Take ownership of service delivery for our Italy and Nordic markets.Business Partnership & CommunicationAct as a Trusted Advisor and primary FSSC partner for Country/Regional Finance Directors, representing service operations in strategic business reviews.Manage expectations and bridge the gap between regional strategy and operational constraints using business-relevant language.Metrics Ownership & Performance ManagementDrive Service Excellence by continuously reviewing, adjusting, and presenting FSSC metrics (KPIs/SLAs) to internal and external stakeholders.Identify root causes of performance gaps and support teams in defining and implementing improvement actions.Ensure transparency through data-driven insights, ensuring that performance management is aligned with regional business priorities.Scope & Service UnderstandingEnsure deep understanding of the FSSC service scope and align it with evolving client expectations.Identify opportunities for service optimization and support the evolution of the FSSC service model.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with other local and global supporting functions to ensure cohesive service delivery.Participate in global initiatives aimed at increasing overall organizational efficiency and customer satisfaction.Process Optimization & Value CreationFacilitate workshops and drive Continuous Improvement projects that enhance both customer experience and operational scalability.Use a data-driven approach to measure and report the financial and operational impact of implemented changes.Compliance, Risk & ControlEnsure compliance with policies, procedures, internal controls, and audit requirements.Identify, assess, and mitigate operational and compliance risks; report breaches and manage incident logs.QualificationsUniversity degree in Finance, Accounting or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in finance, preferably in a business partnering or shared services environmentKnowledge of English and Italian at a minimum C1 levelSolid understanding of finance operations and local business unit dynamicsStrong analytical skills with a proven ability to translate metrics (KPIs/SLAs) into actionable business insights.Practical background in change management, continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis and project managementProven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across functions and geographiesStrategic mindset combined with sound business acumenA team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive "can-do" attitude with high accountability and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Ability to drive results and influence decision-making without direct authority.Opportunity for international networking (travel up to 25%)Proficiency in ERP systems – knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite will be considered a strong advantage.Additional InformationCheck out what we have prepared for you:Stable employment based on a contract of employment (umowa o pracę) with fixed business hours, Mon-Fri (08:00/09:00 – 16:00/17:00), in a rapidly growing SSC sector companyA fast and secure remote recruitment process, including the possibility of signing a preliminary agreement to secure your future employmentComprehensive onboarding tailored to your individual pace, with ongoing support from a Team...
