Job Description
The Simpson/Caputo Group of RBC Dominion Securities, specialists in managing price risk using futures and futures options, requires a dedicated Marketing Associate to develop and deliver compelling marketing presentations to clients, prospects, and RBC partners. This role is essential to create customized, professionally branded materials that strengthen client relationships, support business development initiatives, and enhance partnership opportunities. By centralizing marketing presentation development, the Marketing Associate will enable the administrative team to focus on critical account management, compliance, and service delivery functions while elevating the group's market presence and sales effectiveness in the specialized futures and options marketplace.
What you will do:
- Account Administration & Compliance Management Handles client inquiries, maintains account documentation, and ensures regulatory compliance (KYC, FATCA, W8-BEN). This detail-intensive work requires dedicated support to prevent errors and maintain audit trails.
- Proactive Client Service & Relationship Support Manages client interactions, coordinates meetings, maintains contact records, and facilitates onboarding. Strong organizational skills are essential to keep the Advisor's business running smoothly and clients satisfied.
- Strategic Marketing Presentation Development - Currently tasked with managing marketing channels while also supporting presentation needs for clients, prospects, and RBC partners. A dedicated marketing associate is essential to develop, customize, and deliver compelling marketing presentations tailored to different audiences. This role would create professional, branded materials that strengthen client relationships, support business development with prospects, and enhance RBC partnership initiatives—allowing the administrative team to focus on core account management and compliance functions while elevating the team's market presence and sales effectiveness.
What you will require:
- Certifications for IR-Licensed individuals: CIRE, conduct training
- Education & experience • Post Secondary education & 2-4 years of professional experience (preferred)

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.
Pay Range
The expected pay range for this position is:
$37,500.00 - $50,000.00This position includes competitive-based pay, and the overall earning potential is impacted by a variable incentive structure, earning a multiple of salary up to:
