As a Quality Engineer I here at Honeywell, you will contribute to our commitment to delivering high-quality products by supporting quality assurance activities and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
You will report directly to our Quality Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Clearwater, FL location on an On-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact product quality and customer satisfaction by assisting in quality control processes, performing inspections, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures and standards.
- Perform inspections and tests to ensure product compliance with quality specifications.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective action processes to resolve quality issues.

YOU MUST HAVE
- 1-3 years of experience in quality engineering or related field
- Knowledge of quality control processes and quality management systems
- Familiarity with root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and quality documentation
- Experience with quality tools such as Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
WE VALUE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean methodologies
- Proficiency with quality management software and data analysis tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
