Responsibilities include operation and maintenance of plant equipment, building repairs and preventative maintenance activities. Requires average supervision.

Required Qualifications:
- On the job training and/or trade school education
- 2 years of experience in semi-skilled maintenance and repair services for the facility such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems
- 6 months of experienced mechanic experience
- 6 months of experienced carpenter experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Technical Trade
- 2 years of experience in a Healthcare setting
- 6 months of experienced electrician experience
- 6 months of experienced plumber experience
