You’ll be responsible for driving productivity, leading a skilled team, and delivering strong commercial outcomes.You’ll play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a high-performing, safety-focused culture.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations across the facilityDrive production output and achieve revenue targetsManage P&L for machining and inspection activitiesLead, coach and develop a skilled teamEnsure compliance with quality and industry standardsOptimise equipment utilisation and operational efficiencyManage inventory, materials and workflow (WIP)Strengthen relationships with customers and suppliersChampion safety, quality and continuous improvement initiativesDeliver training and uplift capability within the teamQualificationsAbout YouYou’re a proactive and capable leader with strong operational and technical experience, ideally within machining or industrial manufacturing.You bring:Experience in a supervisory or management roleTrade background in machining or similar technical fieldExposure to oil & gas or drilling environmentsStrong understanding of CNC machining and engineering drawingsKnowledge of production planning and manufacturing processesFamiliarity with lean principles (e.g. 5S, continuous improvement)If you’re ready to take ownership of a site, lead a high-performing team and drive meaningful outcomes, we’d love to hear from you.Additional InformationWHY WORK FOR SGS?Working at SGS means joining an innovative, Global company.
