Raisin currently employs more than 800 people from over 75 countries worldwide. Today, the platform holds over 80 billion euros in assets from more than one million investors which have accrued over 5 billion euros in returns.
Team
The People Solutions team serves as the strategic engine room of Raisin’s People & Culture team by building a secure, data-driven, and compliant infrastructure that scales the organization. By bridging the gap between strategy and technology, the team optimizes HRIS systems to eliminate manual work, leverages analytics and AI to drive smarter business decisions, and acts as a compliance anchor managing audits, policies, and risk.
Your Responsibilities
- You establish People policy and process standards by authoring, reviewing, and maintaining the global and local People policy frameworks, ensuring all documentation is logical, accessible, and structured according to company standards.
- You look after AI-readiness and ethical governance in the People domain by reviewing existing policies and processes to ensure they are compliant with emerging AI regulations, address corresponding risks, and protect employee data privacy.
- You partner with the wider People Solutions team to ensure that automated People processes and AI-driven tools have clear human-in-the-loop overrides and ethical safeguards.
- You design, implement, and maintain a Risk and Controls Framework specifically for People processes that is in alignment with Raisin’s global compliance framework.
- You track upcoming changes in employment law, data protection (e.g., GDPR, local privacy laws), and AI regulations and proactively update policies and process accordingly before they take effect.
- You align closely with the People and Culture leadership and conduct regular spot-checks and internal mini-audits to ensure teams are executing People processes strictly according to documented standards.
- You serve as the primary point of contact for all internal, external, and third-party People audits and governance-related reporting requests.
- You manage and fulfill documentation requests from external supervisory bodies, labor ministries, and regulatory agencies.
- You design and oversee in close collaboration with Raisin’s People and Culture leadership the implementation of Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) across the broader People team if audit gaps are identified.
Your Profile
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.

- You have strong communication skills and you feel comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You have the ability to "speak tech" and understand how data flows through an HRIS.
- You have the ability to act as a bridge between rigid legal/audit teams and fast-moving People teams without causing friction.
- You have a strong focus on data integrity, semantic clarity in documentation, and spotting subtle gaps in process controls.
