The specialist will proactively identify, triage, and communicate immediate vehicle needs (e.g., charging requirements, cleaning requests, maintenance alerts, out-of-service status) to the appropriate remote depot teams to ensure swift resolution and optimal fleet readiness. This requires utilizing proprietary fleet management software, adhering to strict escalation protocols, and maintaining continuous, clear communication to minimize vehicle downtime and support high operational standards.Key ResponsibilitiesReal-time monitoring of autonomous vehicle fleet status and depot needs using proprietary fleet management software.Proactively identify immediate vehicle needs (e.g., charging requirements, cleaning requests, maintenance alerts, out-of-service status).Maintain continuous, clear communication with depot teams and management to minimize vehicle downtime, support high operational standards, and achieve critical SLAs.Ensure optimal...
