The role is based in Penrose, Auckland.Reporting to the Head of Quality AU/NZ and working closely with the Business Unit Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the site's quality systems, ensuring compliance with GMP, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.This is a part-time position, ideally suited to someone looking to work shorter hours from Monday to Friday, with flexibility to schedule hours within normal business hours. The exact hours can be discussed with the successful candidate.Responsibilities for this role will include but are not limited to:Maintain and continually improve the site's Quality Management System.Coordinate client, supplier, and regulatory audits.Lead investigations relating to deviations, incidents, complaints, OOS and OOT results.Oversee internal audit programs and proficiency testing activities.Manage approved supplier qualification and technical quality agreements.Support staff training, quality awareness, and compliance activities.Review and approve quality documents, procedures, and controlled records.Monitor compliance with GMP, laboratory quality standards, and internal procedures.Participate in management reviews, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders on quality-related matters.Undertake other duties and special project as...
