THE WORK
Drive innovation and transformation within the banking industry by designing and delivering scalable Core Banking Architecture solutions that support strategic business objectives. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to assess complex technology landscapes, define target-state architectures, and guide organizations through modernization initiatives that improve efficiency, agility, and long-term business value.
Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders, you will provide architectural leadership, recommend technology strategies, and contribute to the successful delivery of business-critical transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing technology landscapes and enterprise architectures to identify opportunities for modernization, optimization, and innovation.
- Design and implement Core Banking Architecture solutions aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Lead architecture assessments and provide strategic recommendations to support digital transformation initiatives.
- Define technical requirements, integration strategies, and solution blueprints that enable scalable and secure banking platforms.
- Collaborate with business, technology, and delivery teams to ensure alignment between architecture decisions and organizational goals.
- Drive the adoption of architectural standards, governance practices, and technology frameworks to support successful solution delivery.
- Contribute to the implementation of technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and business growth.
Basic Qualifications
- Advanced expertise in Core Banking Architecture.
- 5+ years of experience in Core Banking Architecture, Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or related technology consulting roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced expertise in Core Banking Platforms and Processes.
- Expertise in Integration Architecture Blueprint & Design Solutions.
- Expertise in Integration Architecture Estimation and Planning.
- Expertise in Integration Architecture Security and Governance.
- Strong experience in Technology Solution Analysis and architecture assessment.
- Experience supporting large-scale banking transformation, modernization, and cloud adoption initiatives.
