These roles are critical in ensuring our quality standards are embedded from day one, helping us deliver safe, effective medicines to patients while maintaining the highest regulatory compliance.You’ll play a key role in shaping quality processes, supporting operational readiness, and driving excellence across all aspects of clinical fulfilment.What you’ll be doing - Undertaking end-to-end QA responsibilities, including batch review and release of aseptically compounded products - Supporting the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System ensuring full GMP compliance - Leading and coordinating activities related to deviations, CAPAs, change control, complaints, and audits - Collaborating with production, pharmacy, and quality teams to ensure safe, efficient operations - Monitoring environmental and process data to maintain validated facility standards - Supporting training delivery to ensure teams are fully competent and compliant - Driving continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance quality, reduce waste, and optimise processes - Participating in audits and inspections, ensuring readiness and timely follow-upWho we’re looking for - Experience in a Quality Assurance role within a pharmaceutical or aseptic compounding environment - Strong working knowledge of GMP requirements - A detail-oriented and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities - A confident communicator who can work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders - Someone adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment - A passion for patient safety and delivering high-quality outcomesQualifications: - Qualified Pharmacy Technician (NVQ 3/BTEC) registered with GPhC, or Degree in Pharmacy, Biology, or Chemistry What’s in it for you - The opportunity to be part of a brand-new unit—helping shape processes, culture, and standards from the ground up - A chance to make a real impact on patient outcomes through quality excellence - Exposure to a high-profile project with strong cross-functional collaboration - A supportive team environment where your expertise is valuedWho we are?  Sciensus is a life sciences business specialising in patient access, engagement and insight solutions.
