## What you’ll do:
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
A. Detect, plan and coordinate the training sessions, according to the Master Training Plan and training needs, complying with the guidelines of the organization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
A. Detection of the Training Needs at Plant, Department, Function level, Development Plans requirements & Customer requirements.
B. Build up the Master Training Plan and specific matrix area according with the Training Plan Needs and Budget .
C. Responsible of the Onboarding Process and specific staff onboarding.
D. Design and develop training programs, in order to comply with the Master Training Plan.
E. Responsible of external training.
F. Market available training opportunities to employees and provide necessary information.
G. Conduct organization wide needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed in the Training Plan.
H. Design and prepare educational aids and materials.
I. Assess effectiveness and summarize evaluation reports determining the impact of training on employee skills and how it affects KPIs.
J. Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with matter experts regarding to the training topics.
K. Maintain updated the training records.
L. Comply with Training Mandatories on time.
M. Provide train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts.
N. Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
O. Coordinate all the logistics need it to manage the training such as invitation, coffee break if need it, material, presentation, facilities, etc.
P. Ensure the population planned to take the training.
Q. Promote the usage of training tools as Eaton University.
R. Comply with audits requirements such as Eaton, Customer, and legal audits regarding to Training Management.
S. Budget Management for training, ensure the complete usage of it.
T. Control training costs to obtain the desired results but focusing on cost reduction.
U. Manage the scholarships given by Eaton. ( English classes, MBA, University Degree)
V. To be certified in internal or corporate trainings, and perform those trainings.
W. Legal STPS requirements
X. To get more Trainers certified for Corporate trainings.
Y. Improvement Ideas.
Z. To be a member of a plant committee.
AA. Manage and keep indicator of E star program and provide information to employees.
BB. Participate as organizer of Human Resources event plants.
CC. Implements, promotes and maintains a safe work environment by implementing a culture of accidents prevention, investigation, equipment maintenance and application of rules. Identify, control and administer risk and danger in own area.
DD. Promotes the company’s vision by actively supporting Eaton’s ethics and values as well as quality policies.
EE. Motivate and coach employees to maintain high levels of satisfaction, productivity, and quality through effectively utilizing available rewards and recognition channels to encourage and promote desired behaviors and results.
## Qualifications:
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
A. College degree in administration, business or similar.
B. English – language capability, speaking, reading & writing required
C. 3 years of training experience in a manufacturing environment.
D. Broad knowledge in training management
E. Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
F. Strong Communications Skills.
G. Knowledge in training labor law.
