We’re building a network of experienced, customer-focused accountants who love working with startups and small businesses.As a Senior Accountant at FlowFi, you’ll own the monthly close process and act as the primary point of contact for your clients. This isn’t just behind-the-scenes work, you’ll help founders make smarter financial decisions by delivering clean, clear, and timely financials.What You’ll DoLead full-cycle accounting for multiple clients (GL, AP/AR, reconciliations, journal entries, financials)Own month-end close and ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely deliveryServe as the go-to expert for your clients, explaining their numbers, answering questions, and surfacing key insightsSpot errors or inefficiencies and help fix themShare ideas for better processes and collaborate with FlowFi to keep leveling upWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience in accounting (especially managing multiple clients’ books)Confident communicator able to explain accounting concepts in plain EnglishSharp eye for detail and strong problem-solving instinctsComfortable using QuickBooks OnlineOrganized, self-directed, and great at managing deadlinesA commitment to high-quality work and top-tier client serviceWhy Join FlowFi?This is a 1099 contractor role, fully remote and super flexible.
