And we will be 100% committed to helping you reach your full potential.Job DescriptionDefining and implementing a technical action plan aimed to develop global EMC/RF competenceReview and issue EMC/RF report with focus on North America regulation.Support global affiliates to achieve EMC/RF business performance against budget and goalsWork with local operation team to deliver the projects smoothProvide EMC/RF technical training and develop relevant reviewers and engineersLiaise with regulation authorities in North America to ensure the technical and process alignmentSupport the frontline to promote SGS EMC/RF regulatory testing and certification business including provide technical support to key customers in North America and their supplier in global network.Support the laboratories in the global network to handle relevant technical audits from key customers and accreditation bodies.QualificationsLab Automation Integration & OptimizationAutomation: Design and implement end-to-end test automation and software integration across SAR labs to improve throughput.Operational Excellence: Standardize global testing workflows to reduce cycle times and eliminate cross-lab measurement inconsistencies. Technical Support & Business DevelopmentCross-Lab Support: Act as the global subject matter expert (SME), providing advanced technical guidance and troubleshooting to regional lab teams.Client Development: Support business development through high-level technical engagement, helping win new clients and address complex compliance challenges.Additional InformationCompensationThe expected salary for this position is $200,000 per year base. This range represents the minimum and maximum base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this role.
