Skip to content Koch Home Page < Back to Search Results Process Engineer-SMT Location(s) Shanghai, Shanghai Company Molex Career Field Engineering Job Number 190339 Apply now Share Email Facebook X LinkedIn Your JobJob Specific intro paragraphOur Team1-3 sentences to describe the team/division this role will be working inWhat You Will Do- Responsible for new process and new SMT production line set up- Responsible for new SMT technology introduction- Responsible for SMT layout and process flow optimize- Continuously improve the SMT efficiency, using laser replace labelling, panel layout redesign etc. - Be lead of the project audit and system audit, to ensure the audit pass every time. - Support SMT area in production for process issues, to improve quality and process performance, etc- Process control management, PFMEA, Flow chart, Control plan, WI, Capability studies, MSA…- PCB panel designing, to make it efficient and good quality- SMT process improvement, such as FPY, COPQ, POEE, MRB process ... etc- DFM responsibility in SMT area- Be technical support to R&D for design/process issue- Work with Project teams to import new product;- Consider the customers requirement to make customers satisfaction- Technical training in SMT team and production technician.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)- Bachelor's degree in Electronic or Material Engineering - Minimum 8 years' experience within the electronic production in SMT area.- Experience in Reflow soldering, SPI and AOI- Experience in automotive production and quality systems, Safety preferred.- Be familiar with IATF16949 and IPC, Knowledge in VDA, BIQS is prefer- Knowledge of ISO14001/ISO45001 procedures.- 5-Tools, statistic knowledge, 6 sigma is plus- Fluent English, able to free talk with foreigners.What Will Put You AheadBulleted list of preferred qualifications; Optional sectionAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
