The most important part is, in any case, to have fun together!Your role in this journeyReach out to vacation rental owners and execute sales strategies (mostly by cold calling) to find out if Holidu is the right solution for their needs. Generate sales by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.Be rigorous in activity tracking and monitor your completion of monthly targets.Conduct regular business trips to your focus regions and gain valuable market insights.Support the onboarding process of new team members and share your knowledge with other international sales teams at Holidu.Help in organising events to promote Holidu and build a community of hosts.Our salary package reflects your background and expertise. For a mid-range Sales Manager based in Bolzano, the typical starting range we offer is an OTE (on-target earnings) of 41.000€ - 48.260€ gross per year, the final offer depends on your skills and qualifications. Of this, 70% is typically fixed and 30% variable. Your variable pay rewards results and comes with real upside: strong over-achievement is boosted by a multiplier of up to 1.3x, and there is significant headroom to earn well beyond target, up to 350% of your variable target.We hire this role at different levels.
