The role plays a critical part in aligning business needs with OSS strategy, ensuring effective translation of requirements into scalable technical solutions while managing the full lifecycle of platforms and systems in this domain. ## What you’ll do * Design software architecture across Operational Readiness systems, including defining functional components, design principles and interfaces * Lead the development and implementation of IT solutions, including applications, hardware, operating systems, and databases * Coordinate end-to-end lifecycle management of systems for RAN planning tools and regulatory tools * Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and assess feasibility across markets * Define testing strategies, execute validation activities, and collaborate with planning tools teams and business stakeholders * Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software solutions aligned to customer needs and organisational priorities * Collaborate with stakeholders across European markets to ensure coherence and consistency of solutions * Support vendor engagement, project coordination and stakeholder communication at multiple organisational levels ## Who you are * A professional with strong knowledge of telecommunications, including IT systems and network technologiesExperienced in RAN planning and deployment tools such as ATOLL, ActixOne or similar platforms * Skilled in software development lifecycle methodologies and modern IT frameworks * Confident in system architecture design and integration across complex environments * A clear communicator with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively in English * A structured and customer-focused problem solver with attention to detailQualified with a degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience) ## Not a perfect fit?
