The role involves processing employee information, maintaining HR records, supporting HR operations teams, resolving basic employee data queries, and ensuring data accuracy and compliance with organizational policies and service-level agreements (SLAs).This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates seeking to build a career in Human Resources Operations, HR Shared Services, and HR Systems.Process employee data and maintain accurate records in the HR Management System (Workday).Support employee lifecycle transactions such as hiring, employee data changes, transfers, promotions, and separations.Validate employee information and ensure data accuracy before processing transactions.Generate basic reports and assist with data reconciliations.Respond to HR-related queries and support issue resolution by coordinating with internal stakeholders.Follow defined HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements.Ensure timely completion of transactions in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Assist in identifying data discrepancies and escalating issues appropriately.Support internal audits and business control requirements by providing data and documentation as needed.Participate in process improvement initiatives and suggest opportunities for operational efficiency.Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and system testing activities when required.Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations. Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Master's Degree Required technical and professional expertise Educational QualificationGraduate or Post-Graduate in any discipline.MBA in Human Resources or specialization in HR is preferred.Basic understanding of Core HR processes (Employee Data Management, Employee Lifecycle Processes, HR Operations).Knowledge or exposure to HRMS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar systems is preferred.Good working knowledge of MS Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.High attention...
