THE JOB:
As a Security Dispatcher, you will be the central communication hub for our Security Department, relaying critical information between Security Officers and Management. You’ll monitor security systems, direct emergency responses, and manage a fast-paced communication center. Your quick decision-making, attention to detail, and ability to stay calm under pressure will play a crucial role in the safety and satisfaction of our guests and staff.
THE STARTING RATE: $19.75 an hour
THE SCHEDULE:
Swing Shift | Full Time
3:00pm - 11:00pm
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Monitor cameras, access control systems, and alarm panels, ensuring timely responses to potential security threats
Coordinate and direct Security Officers during incidents and emergencies, ensuring efficient and effective action
Maintain communication with the Global Security Operations Center and relay information between teams, management, and other departments via radios and telephones
Accurately log and maintain records of security incidents, emergencies, and communications in real-time
Follow established emergency protocols and coordinate with local authorities during critical situations
Assist in investigations by locating and retrieving relevant video footage
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Holds a High School Diploma or GED
Demonstrates proficiency in operating radio, telephone, and computer systems
Communicates clearly and effectively with guests, staff, and external agencies
Remains calm and organized in high-pressure situations
Works well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and displays strong attention to detail
