is seeking a Oracle Fusion Finance Systems Analyst with strong expertise
in Oracle Fusion Financials and Oracle Fusion Tax to support and enhance
end-to-end Financials and tax-related business processes. This role will own
the functional configuration, production support, and continuous improvement of
core financial and tax modules while leveraging Oracle Fusion’s embedded AI
and intelligent automation capabilities to improve accuracy, compliance,
efficiency, and business insight.The ideal
candidate will partner closely with Finance and Tax stakeholders to ensure
Oracle Fusion Financials and Tax configurations meet regulatory, statutory, and
business requirements across global operations.Key
ResponsibilitiesDefine, design, and continuously
improve Oracle Fusion Financial and Tax solutions that deliver
end-to-end business value and maximize user adoption.Act as a functional subject
matter expert for Oracle Fusion Tax, owning tax configuration and
ensuring alignment with global and regional tax business needs.Partner with Finance and Tax
stakeholders (domestic and global) to gather requirements and translate
them into scalable Oracle Fusion configurations and solutions.Configure and maintain Oracle
Fusion Tax to support business requirements, including Tax regimes,
taxes, tax statuses, tax rates, tax rules, Transaction tax determination
and reportingEnsure accurate tax calculation,
accounting, and reporting across Payables, Receivables, Expenses, and
other integrated modules.Support testing, validation, and
reconciliation activities, including period close and audit support.Collaborate with third-party tax
solutions (e.g., Avalara) and manage related integrations.Provide day-to-day production
support for Oracle Fusion Financials and Tax, troubleshooting
user-reported issues and leading root cause analysis.Support enhancements, regulatory
updates, and new feature rollouts across the Oracle Fusion platform.Enable and support AI-driven
and intelligent features within Oracle Fusion Financials and Tax,
including:Intelligent transaction coding
and account combination suggestionsAutomated tax determination and
exception handlingPredictive cash forecasting and
intelligent close insightsAnomaly detection, variance
analysis, and automated reconciliationsDrive user adoption of AI-powered
analytics and insights to improve tax accuracy, compliance, and
financial close efficiency.Develop and maintain BIP and
OTBI reports for financial and tax reporting.Create and maintain detailed
SOPs, functional design documents, process flows, and end-user training
materials.Lead review, testing, and
validation of quarterly Oracle Fusion upgrades, with specific focus on
Financials and Tax impact.Support inbound and outbound integrations
related to Fusion Financials, including tax engines and external systems.Required
Qualifications8+ years of hands-on experience with
Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, including General Ledger, Cash
Management, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, Expenses, Chart of Accounts
(COA) Management, Oracle Fusion TaxExperience with additional
modules such as Procurement, Revenue Management, Subscriptions, or
Collections is a strong plus.Strong hands-on experience
configuring Oracle Fusion Financials and Tax, including
documentation of functional setups.Experience with tax engines and third-party
applications such as Avalara (Tax) or Kyriba (Treasury) is a
plus.Proficiency with Web services
and APIs (SoapUI, Postman), Oracle PL/SQL and basic Oracle SQL, Data
loading and conversions using FBDI and ADFDIStrong working knowledge of
Oracle technologies including Functional Setup Manager (FSM), BI Publisher
