We have a 26-bed med/surg ICU and a 28 bed CVICU with MCS, ECMO, and LVAD.Phenomenal team culture and leadership.EMR: EpicQualifications:Board-certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner.2 years of experience as an independent provider in the ICU (with procedure logs).Active Washington license and DEA preferred.A commitment to excellence in clinical service, with strong problem-solving abilities essential for the ICU setting. In this role you will care for a variety of complex critically ill patients and perform bedside ICU procedures.Authorized to work in the United States.Scheduling:This is a full-time day position at Sacred Heart Med Center.Day shifts are 5am-5am and 6am-6pm (block schedule). We collaborate to manage the schedule as equitably as possible, ensuring team members achieve an outstanding work/family life balance.Key Responsibilities:We care for medical, surgical, neuro, and cardiac ICU patients. We see diverse cases and high acuity, an ideal environment for those looking to care for all types of critically ill patients and perform ICU procedures.Manage mechanical ventilation in collaboration with respiratory therapy.The APP works collaboratively with daytime intensivists, nursing staff, respiratory therapists, consultants, and hospitalist team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based critical care services.Living and Working in Spokane:We are a tight-knit group and share a love for the great outdoors.Spokane is a vibrant destination city immersed in natural beauty.
