Software Engineer Intern:
Key Responsibilities:
- Coding and Development: Collaborate with our software engineering team to design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and systems.
- Bug Fixing and Troubleshooting: Identify and fix software bugs, perform troubleshooting, and participate in quality assurance and testing processes.
- Documentation: Document code, project workflows, and technical specifications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, and assist in designing and implementing solutions that meet project objectives.
- Learning and Growth: Stay updated on the latest software development trends and technologies through continuous learning and development.
- Support and Maintenance: Provide support for existing software applications and participate in regular maintenance activities.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Software Engineering.
- Strong programming skills in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Good problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Interns will be working with Worldview team developing OPUS platform features related to persistence layer:
- Coding the Worldview features
- Review codes done by other team members
- Working with other teams for inter-teams features including but not limited to activities related to backend resources such as OpenSearch, Redis and Memcached
