Senior Staff Engineer Verification

We are seeking a Senior Staff Engineer with 9–12 years of experience in Wi-Fi & Bluetooth coexistence validation and technical leadership. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in WLAN, Bluetooth (BR/EDR, BLE, LE Audio), and Zigbee/Thread technologies, along with hands-on experience in wireless performance, interoperability, and coexistence testing. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Lead the Wi-Fi & Bluetooth Coexistence Validation team, driving validation strategies and ensuring high-quality deliverables. * Define, implement, and promote best-in-class test methodologies, processes, and validation practices. * Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Firmware Development, Product Management, and Test Engineering, to ensure product quality and performance goals are met. * Own the validation of Wi-Fi combo products, ensuring compliance with performance, reliability, and interoperability requirements. * Develop and execute comprehensive coexistence test plans across diverse use cases and operating environments. * Analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes, and drive effective resolution strategies. * Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement. * Ensure products meet the highest standards of customer experience through rigorous validation and testing. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed: * 9-12 years of experience in WiFi-BT coex validation and leading the team. * Strong understanding of WLAN protocols, Bluetooth (BR/EDR, BLE, LE audio) and IEEE 802.15.4 (Zigbee/Thread) fundamentals. * Perform different coex functionality, performance and interoperability testing with various combo chipsets. * Exposure to coexistence mechanisms , muti-radio concurrency use cases and RF concepts (antenna & channel interference) * Hands-on with tools like iperf & Wireshark and Ellisys sniffers. * Work closely with cross functional teams of development and test team to help in debugging issues. * Python/any coding knowledge is a plus #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
