We are looking to hire an experienced production support / SRE engineer to support business-critical digital asset platforms (wallets, blockchain-connected systems, transaction processing).
We are looking for candidates from strong production engineering capability.
Must-Have Skills
* 5–8 years’ experience in Production Support / SRE / Platform Engineering
* Experience supporting mission-critical, high-availability systems
* Strong incident management & troubleshooting experience
* Solid Linux / system-level debugging skills
* Experience with real-time or distributed systems
* Hands-on experience with monitoring/observability tools (e.g. Splunk, Grafana, ELK, Prometheus)
* Scripting / automation experience (Python, Java, or similar)
* Strong SQL / data investigation skills
* Good communication skills (technical and business stakeholders)
Strongly Preferred Backgrounds
* Markets / Electronic Trading (highly relevant)
* Payments platforms
* FinTech / exchanges
* SRE / platform engineering teams at scale
Nice to Have
* Any Digital Assets / Blockchain exposure
* Wallets, custody, or node operations
* Kubernetes / OpenShift
* Security / key management knowledge
Education:
* Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
