We need to build a scalable, measurable, and optimized acquisition engine.We are looking for someone to build and optimize the web infrastructure that will take Pillar to become the industry standard.This is not a "website maintenance" role.It is a builder role.What You'll DoYou will sit at the intersection of Marketing, Product, and Data.In practice:Develop and optimize the website with a focus on conversion and performance.Implement A/B tests, experiments, and advanced tracking systems.Continuously improve funnels, landing pages, and CRO.Work on technical SEO and performance (Core Web Vitals, site structure, indexing).Collaborate with marketing to launch new high-impact pages and campaigns.Build dashboards and measurement systems to understand what works and what doesn't.Your one goal: turn the website into a growth machine.Who We're Looking ForWe are not just looking for a developer. We are looking for someone who thinks in terms of growth.This is you if:You have frontend development experience (e.g. Next.js, React, or similar).You know how to work with analytics and tracking tools (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, etc.).You have worked on CRO, A/B testing, or growth projects.You think in metrics: conversion rate, CAC, LTV, funnel.You enjoy testing, measuring, and iterating fast.You see yourself as a builder and want to create something that doesn't exist yet.Nice to have:Experience in startups or high-growth environments.Technical SEO skills.Familiarity with no-code / low-code tools for rapid experimentation.Autonomy is required.
