About the Role

As a Community Life Aide, you'll help create meaningful experiences that enrich the lives of our residents. Working closely with the Community Life Director and team, you will:

• Assist with planning, organizing, and leading recreational, social, educational, spiritual, and wellness programs.

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families to learn about their interests, life experiences, and personal goals.

• Encourage socialization, lifelong learning, physical activity, and community engagement.

• Support special events, activities, and outings that promote resident well-being and quality of life.

• Observe resident participation, mood, and engagement, documenting progress and sharing feedback with the care team.

• Help create a warm, welcoming environment where residents can thrive.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous experience working with seniors or in a long-term care setting is a plus.

• Chauffeur's license preferred; willingness to obtain one may be required.

• Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for serving older adults.
