Flight Software Engineer
Role responsibilities
Serve as the technical lead for payload flight software, overseeing architecture, coding patterns, and on-orbit operations. You will design and test flight software in Rust for attitude control, command handling, and telemetry while mentoring the engineering team.
Requirements
Requires over 5 years of experience in flight software or high-reliability safety-critical systems, specifically with Rust, C, or C++. Candidates must have experience with embedded systems, hardware/software integration, and a proven ability to lead technical architecture.
