We are seeking a talented individual to join Marsh Risk Consulting Team. This role will be based in Tianjin.

We will count on you to:

  • Develops new and expanded business opportunities
  • Provide property risk consulting services to clients across a range of industries (e.g., small-scale semiconductor/LCD/electronics manufacturers, data rooms, warehouses etc.)
  • Make recommendations on simple research & analysis plans and collect basic data and photo evidence to support findings
  • Creates clear presentations/slides and other communications that extract and summarize key insights for client and internal meetings
  • Drives client and internal meetings to drive client projects
  • Develops pricing for projects, supports the development of proposals and reviews technical concepts working with consulting management to improve efficiency
  • Advises clients in developing and adjusting project approaches, methodology, and tools to support risk programs and initiatives
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with client contacts to support follow-up work
  • Be up- to- date on industry trends around risk management to understand client's business environment and basic risk management environment better
  • Begins to lead small, short-duration projects

What you need to have: 

  • At least 5 years working experience of property risk consulting or reasonable safety management working experience of high-risk working environment industry
  • Familiar with safety management knowledge from the relating industries
  • Good project management skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness for business travel
  • Passion for client facing job

What makes you stand out

  • Prior experience supporting manufacturing, warehousing, data centers, or similar facility clients
  • Be familiar with Chinese GB codes
  • Certifications or training on such as local fire safety, electrical safety, facilities management courses or EHS, etc.
  • Property risk consulting experience
