Hoxhunt is growing and we’re launching new products and shipping new capabilities at a rapid pace. The challenge isn’t building great products, it’s making sure the market understands them just as quickly.

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own how our products are brought to market and understood by buyers.

When we launch something new, you’ll ensure buyers understand it quickly across our website, launch communications and every major buyer touchpoint.

This role sits within the Marketing team and works closely with Product, Growth, Strategic Communications, Design, Sales and Customer Success. You’ll be the owner of Hoxhunt’s external product narrative - ensuring every new product, capability and solution is communicated clearly, consistently and at the pace we build.

What you'll own and drive

Product positioning & messaging

Turn technical product capabilities into clear customer value and business outcomes that buyers immediately understand.

Develop messaging frameworks that explain what each product does, who it’s for and why it’s different from competing solutions.

Partner closely with Product and Strategic Communications to ensure our positioning reflects customer needs, product innovation and market opportunities.

Product launches & go-to-market

Own the market-facing communication for every major product launch.

Work closely with Product teams to understand what’s changing and translate it into launch messaging and product pages.

Coordinate launch activities with Marketing, Product, Sales and Customer Success so every release reaches the market with clear, consistent and compelling messaging.

Product web experience

Own the market-facing messaging and narrative across Hoxhunt’s product, capability and solution pages.

Ensure our website reflects every product launch quickly and accurately, helping buyers understand what we’ve built and why it matters.

Continuously improve product pages through clearer messaging, stronger proof points and better buyer journeys.

Partner with Growth and Design to improve both conversion and discoverability across the product experience.

What makes you thrive here

You have:

  • Experience in Product Marketing within B2B SaaS.

  • Exceptional writing and messaging skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into compelling customer value.

  • Experience leading cross-functional product launches from planning through execution.

  • Strong experience developing product positioning, messaging and competitive differentiation.

  • Experience working closely with Product teams, designers and go-to-market functions.

  • Comfortable owning outcomes end-to-end instead of waiting for multiple approval rounds.

  • Bias toward shipping while maintaining high quality.

  • Curious, collaborative and able to move quickly in a fast-changing environment.

Bonus points if you also:

  • Experience in cybersecurity.

  • Experience working in a multi-product SaaS environment.

  • Experience developing competitive positioning and sales enablement.

  • Familiarity with how buyers increasingly research vendors through AI search, AI assistants and modern discovery platforms.

You’ll directly influence pipeline generation and how one of cybersecurity’s fastest-growing platforms is understood by the market.

What you can expect from us

  • Compensation: Monthly salary of €4,500- €6,000 depending on your experience.

  • Working ways: We work in a flexible, hybrid work setting. You are expected to visit the Helsinki office 2-3 days per week. If you’re currently based elsewhere in Europe, we’re able to support relocation to Finland. We can also consider remote working arrangements on a case-by-case basis.
