Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesPlanning, prioritizing, assigning, supervising, reviewing and participating in all tasks related to facility maintenanceDeveloping methods and schedules for facility maintenanceResponsibly handling emergency situations or after-hours calls for repair and maintenanceTaking part in developing maintenance policies and standards for an organizationCoordinating training sessions in facility maintenance, safety procedures, and methodsPlanning daily tasks and delegating them to Maintenance Technicians and other professionalsMaintaining preventive maintenance standards for an organization's facilities and equipmentRoutinely inspecting various elements of buildings and grounds, like elevators, fire alarms, security cameras and sprinkler systemsMinimum RequirementsHigh School Diploma (or GED) and 5 years of relevant experience in related field.Ability to identify issues and decide on required actionsCompetence in planning maintenance schedulesStrong written and oral communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and delegation skillsAbility to analyze and solve problemsCompetency with computers and Microsoft Office SuiteCritical-thinking skillsDexterity and physical staminaUtilize Facility Maintenance Systems (FMS) to track, prioritize, and close out work ordersEnvironment: Mix of office work (planning/reporting) and field work (site inspection)Schedule: Often requires flexibility, including on-call duties for emergencies, weekends, and holidaysBenefitsThe Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company’s needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
