- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive alignment of project goals with organizational objectives to ensure successful delivery.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on quality and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively engage with diverse teams.
- Experience in risk management and problem-solving to anticipate and mitigate project challenges.
- Capability to analyze project performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
