The ideal candidate will be responsible for following up, cold calling, prospecting, and qualifying leads. They should be excited about SaaS, customer service and have interest in joining a fast-paced organization in high-tech.ResponsibilitiesCreate a fantastic first impression to prospects and customers while building a pipeline for Zendesk Account ExecutivesRespond to inbound requests via zendesk support, the telephone and emailOrganize and categorize sales lead information into SalesforceFocus on building a great team environment for a fun and energetic atmosphereAchieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunitiesRequirementsAbility to understand customer requirements and identify potential Zendesk solutions to fulfill requirementsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyExcellent written skills and naturally articulateBachelor’s degreeDesiredPassion for developing a career in a technology sales1 to 2 years of Sales or internship experience (Software/Saas a plus)Demonstrated success in meeting monthly targetsOutstanding time management skillsHigh energy team playerGoal-orientedExperience using SalesforceFluency in EnglishHybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week.
