Position would include clinical work as a hospitalist, publishing the schedule for faculty hospitalists, creating/tracking/incentivizing quality metrics for the hospital medicine program. Responsibilities would also involve teaching house staff and medical students, ensuring learner evaluation completion, annual performance evaluations on all hospitalists.
