You will work alongside the existing backend team - contributing to shared architecture decisions, owning the CI/CD and observability surface, and holding backend systems accountable to a 99.95% availability target.💪 Key ResponsibilitiesBuild Platform Backend Services: Build and maintain services that integrate the platform's data layer, messaging fabric, and external interfaces - production implementations in Go and/or Python, deployed on cloud Kubernetes with on-prem variants depending on customer context.Contribute to Backend Architecture Decisions: Co-own architectural decisions with the existing backend team across data modeling, messaging semantics, service boundaries, and cloud/on-prem deployment trade-offs.Own CI/CD Pipeline Development and Reliability: Develop, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CircleCI) and GitOps deployment workflows (ArgoCD on EKS) for pipeline performance, reliability, and...
