■概要
本ポジションは、主に既納品の変圧器の品質保証を担当します。顧客現地で不具合が発生した場合、原因究明、レポート作成、顧客報告などを行います。

■主な職務内容

  • 製品不具合の原因分析:製品トラブル発生時にトラブルシューティングチーム、サイトサービスチーム、エンジニアリングチームなどから情報を収集し、原因分析を実施。
  • 調査レポートの作成:不具合の原因を究明し、顧客報告用レポートを作成。
  • 顧客への原因報告:調査レポートなどを用いて顧客へ原因を説明。
  • 現地調査支援:サイトサービスチームが現地対応できない時などに現場調査を実施。

・電気に関する知識を有する
・電気系の学校を卒業していると望ましい(高校または専門学校または大学または大学院)

How you’ll make an impact

1. You will conduct root cause analysis of product trouble: When a product trouble occurs, information is collected from Troubleshooting team, Site service team, Engineering team, and others, and a root cause analysis is conducted.

2. You will be responsible for creation of investigation reports: Investigate the root cause of product trouble and prepare a customer report.

3. You will reporting the root cause to customers: Explain the root cause to customers by using investigation reports and other documentation.

4. You will support for on-site investigations: Conduct on-site investigations when Site Service team is unable to respond in the field.

5. You will execute of other QA-related tasks.

6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. Has knowledge related to electricity.

2. It is desirable for the candidate to have graduated from a school in the field of electrical engineering. (high school, technical college, university, or master’s course)

3. It is desirable for the candidate to have basic or specialized knowledge related to transformers.
