As we expand across 5 international locations, you will be the backbone of our People team - taking full ownership of the systems, payroll, compliance, and operational processes that keep Lace Lithography running smoothly.You'll work across the entire employee lifecycle, helping us build the infrastructure, processes, and programs that support a high-performing and engaged team. While this role has a strong operational foundation, it offers significant scope to contribute to employee experience, performance, manager development, and strategic people initiatives as we continue to grow.What You'll DoGlobal People OperationsManage and improve core people processes across the employee lifecycleOwn the end-to-end payroll administration and benefits management across all locations, partnering with local vendors and EORs (Employers of Record) where necessaryOwn HR systems and data quality (incl. owning HRIS and payroll data)Support compensation, benefits, and policy administration.Act as the main point of contact for employee relocations, visa sponsorships, and immigration processes.Ensure compliance and documentation standards are maintained.Drive process automation and operational efficiency.Employee Experience & People ProgramsImprove onboarding and off-boarding experiences.Partner with talent acquisition to streamline offer generation, background checks, and pre-boarding logistics.Support performance and feedback processes.Partner with managers on people-related initiatives.Help deliver engagement, culture, and learning programs.Serve as the go-to person...
