Your work will play an important role in keeping our manufacturing operations innovative, efficient, and resilient.What You’ll DoDesign, develop, and support IT systems and third-party solutions used in manufacturing environmentsTest, troubleshoot, and continuously improve systems to ensure reliability and data accuracyProvide support, training, and guidance to teams during system rollouts or updatesCollaborate with cross-functional partners to understand challenges and co-create effective solutionsCreate and maintain clear documentation for systems, processes, and applicationsContribute ideas and apply modern technologies to improve existing systems and workflowsContinue learning and exploring new tools, technologies, and manufacturing conceptsWhat You’ll BringBasic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a related fieldAround 4–5 years of experience applying IT solutions in business or manufacturing environmentsFluency in EnglishStrong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a focus on delivering reliable resultsPreferred QualificationsExperience with some of the following: Linux, C, PHP, SQL, ActiveMQ/Camel, ExtJs, C#/.NET, or containerization (Docker/Podman)Familiarity with tools such as GitHub, Ansible, shell scripting, Jenkins, or NexusInterest in learning about manufacturing processes and tire productionWe welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
