IRVING INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICTBLUE ZONES WORKSITE COORDINATORJob DescriptionJOB TITLE: Blue Zones Worksite CoordinatorREPORTS TO: Chief of Communications & MarketingWAGE/HOUR STATUS: ExemptDEPARTMENT: MarketingPAY GRADE: Admin 02 (230 Days)DATE REVISED: January 2026This position is a grant-funded position.________________________________________________________________________________________PRIMARY PURPOSE: The Worksite Well-Being Coordinator is responsible for the successful implementation of the Blue Zones Worksite and Schools Transformation initiative, engaging employees, students, and key stakeholders to create a culture where well-being is prioritized and integrated into daily experiences. Success is achieved when employees, stakeholders, and the organization operationalize the blueprint action plan, resulting in measurable improvements in staff and student well-being that earn the designation of a Certified Blue Zones Worksite and School.This position is a full-time, onsite role with a reporting relationship to both Blue Zones and the designated school district.QualificationsMinimum Education:Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field; OR equivalent combination of education and relevant work experienceSpecial Knowledge/Skills:Ability to travel locally, using your own vehicle between campuses within the district.Valid driver’s license and proof of current auto insurance.Strong self-starter and team group leader.Adept at working with all levels of organizations to secure ongoing participation and utilization of the appropriate tools and resources.Compelling written and oral communication skills as it relates to driving initiatives within an organization.Strong interpersonal and...
