For job details, please see the Japanese description below. ※当ポジションはPwDAメンバー向けです ◆◆◆ 業務内容 ◆◆◆ プロフェッショナル・サービスの営業やサービス・メンバーの契約事務やサービス事務をサポートします。 具体的には提供されるガイドに基づき以下の業務を実施します。 •サービス契約書発行に関するシステム代行入力や、入力内容の確認を実施します。 •サービス提供時のプロジェクト情報登録代行や購買見積取得、各種管理レポートの発行を実施します。 生産性向上のための業務改善やAI の活用を実施します。 **Required technical and professional expertise** •フルタイム (9:00-17:36) 勤務が可能なこと •原則リモート勤務ですが、場合により箱崎事業所へ出社が可能なこと •スキル •日本語での就労可能な言語能力を持っていること •英語：英文の読み書き、英語のツールを使用することに抵抗がないこと、習得する意思があること •生成AIや各種ツールの活用ができること、やり方を学んで習得する意欲があること •ビヘイビア •決められた期日でタスクを対応できること、報告・連絡・相談ができること •幅広いビジネスシーンにおいて、日本語で適切なコミュニケーションができること •他者を尊重し、チームとして活動ができること •障がい者手帳をお持ちの方 **Preferred technical and professional experience** •Microsoft Office製品を活用できること •様々な事務処理や生成AIの活用といった新しい知識や技術の習得に興味・関心を持って取り組めること •プロフェッショナル・サービスの各種事務処理を通じ、お客様やIBMのビジネスの成功に寄与したいと思うこと •自身の特性を理解し、合理的調整を求めることに加えて、よりよいコミュ二ケーションや業務遂行ができるよう自身も工夫や努力をできること、その意欲があること IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
