Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of best practices in test automation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing objectives with overall project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Embedded Applications Testing.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools relevant to embedded systems.
- Experience in designing and implementing continuous integration and continuous testing pipelines.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and develop comprehensive test strategies.
- Familiarity with debugging and troubleshooting embedded software issues.
- Skilled in scripting and programming languages commonly used in test automation.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Embedded Applications Testing.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
