About This Role: As the Project Manager for the International Center of Excellence for Alzheimer Disease, you will play a critical role in organizing and coordinating key deliverables across international markets. This position requires close alignment with team members and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of tasks. Your role will be pivotal in driving the quality and quantity of execution, while also bringing insights from product management to specific tasks when needed. You will be responsible for fostering effective collaboration, influencing extended team members, and maintaining flexibility in a dynamic environment. Your contributions will be vital to advancing our goals in Alzheimer Disease, ensuring impactful results and enhancing our business structure.

What You’ll Do:

  • Initiate and plan team and cross-functional activities by defining the project's vision and outlining objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, materials, and budgetary limits.
  • Assemble the cross-functional team, assign tasks, and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Oversee execution, ensuring daily tasks are completed and processes implemented correctly.
  • Coordinate the preparation of the quarterly alliance governance cycle and key meetings.
  • Partner closely with Alliance Management and external partners to ensure compliant documentation.
  • Organize annual commercialization planning and budgeting processes across international markets.
  • Track financial execution of key projects and monitor performance trends.
  • Take ownership of selected product-related activities and contribute to content development.
  • Product management expertise to drive selected activities in alignement with cross-functional team
  • Utilize modern digital tools to optimize workload and implement AI solutions with coordination.

Required Skills:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Proven project management capabilities.
  • Cross-functional expertise.
  • Commercial knowledge and understanding of pharmaceutical commercialization and market dynamics.
  • Resilience and flexibility to adapt to changing dynamics.
  • Strong driver mentality

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with modern digital tools, especially within Microsoft products.
  • Expertise with Excel.
  • Product management and/or marketing expertise is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills for project updates.
  • Familiarity with AI implementation in project management.
