We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity. Skills and Competencies3+ years of experience in TypeScript, Python, or similar programming languages, with a strong foundation in software development best practices and engineering principlesComfortable working across the full stack: frontend components, API design, backend services, and database queriesExpertise in artificial intelligence, AI agents and agentic workflows, including tool-use patterns, harness/skills/plugin architectures, with a track record of implementing advanced AI solutions to drive strategic transformation and operational efficiencyExperience with system integrations and modern protocols, including Model Context Protocol (MCP) and related interoperability standards (A2A)Experience with data feeds and data delivery via batch ingestion, streaming and connector frameworks for enterprise data deliveryHands-on experience across major cloud platforms and marketplace ecosystems, including Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, and DatabricksUnderstanding of Enterprise OAuth flows and secure authentication patterns for multi-platform integrationsStrong technical background combined with a product-focused mindset, including demonstrated knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and application packaging and deploymentProven experience delivering technical proofs of concept (POCs), live demonstrations, and prototype solutions to prospects, partners, and enterprise clientsProven experience leading solution architecture design, technical diagramming, and whiteboarding sessions to communicate and validate system design decisionsStrong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across engineering, product, and business teams to deliver resultsFamiliarity with CI/CD practices and tools (Git, Docker, Terraform, Jira) preferredUnderstanding of event-driven systems, asynchronous processing, and distributed architectures preferredAbility to evaluate trade-offs between data models, query patterns, and integration topologies preferredExperience with serverless architectures (Lambda, ECS, or equivalent) preferredExposure to search platforms...
