Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to improve testing frameworks and processes to enhance overall quality and efficiency.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align testing objectives with project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SnapLogic.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and continuous integration tools.
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end quality engineering solutions.
- Ability to analyze and improve testing processes using data-driven approaches.
- Familiarity with scripting and programming languages relevant to automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate within testing methodologies.

- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
