This same vision defines us as an employer: creating a work environment where everyone is welcome, and anyone has the right to succeed.Job DescriptionOwn the accounts payable process: invoice processing, validation, and timely payments in line with vendor termsEnsure accuracy and completeness of invoice recording in the accounting systemMaintain and update suppliers master data in internal systemsMonitor and reconcile corporate credit cards and employee expense reports, ensuring proper documentation and compliancePerform weekly payment reconciliations and resolve discrepancies proactivelySupport month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and reportingAssist with payroll-related data collection and reportingContribute to process improvements and strengthening of internal controlsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fieldAccounting experience (AP, GL, or similar)Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environmentProactive mindset – you don’t just execute tasks, you look for ways to improve themAbility to analyze processes and dive into details when neededClear and effective communication skills in English (written and verbal)Strong Excel / Google Sheets skillsExperience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) – an advantageAdditional InformationWe are Wix’s Finance Group.
