Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment VISA for this position at this time.About the role:As a Process Development Engineering Co-op, you will help drive Boston Scientific growth through development of world-class processes, technologies, and medical devices. Lead in delivering innovative solutions, enable new products and therapies through process capabilities, and deliver on committed projects. You could be placed in any of the following areas: Electrophysiology, Cardiac Rhythm Management Diagnostics, Endoscopy or Urology. Your responsibilities will include: Connect Research & Design to Manufacturing through development of processes, technology, and systems Development of new processes and test systems that scale to high volume, reduce variation, and increase quality Partner with technology leaders to bring new capabilities to life Responsible for conformance with global process development proceduresResponsible for the integrity and content of Process Plans with respect to materials used in processing and sequencing of tasksResponsible for Manufacturing Instructions and material and process implementation within the Product Development lifecycleRequired Qualifications:Current rising junior or rising senior (graduation dates between Dec 2027 - May 2029), graduating senior (May 2027 grad) continuing on to grad school, or current grad student. Must have at least one semester of school left post-co-op to qualify.Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate level degree majoring in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering or MechatronicsMust be able to commit to the following full Co-op program periods: January – August, 2027Must have reliable transportation to and from the Arden Hills, MN Boston Scientific Corporate locationPreferred Qualifications:Experience with SolidWorksStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.Motivation to learn and work hands-on with a team Takes initiative with intellectual curiosity Focus on teamwork and collaboration Clear, direct, and concise communicator Ability to perform basic data analysis and use statistical tools (Minitab, JMP, or Excel).Strong organizational skills with attention to detailRequisition ID: 631705Minimum Salary: $38688 Maximum Salary: $65728 The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com--will vary...
