Learn more at experianplc.com.Internal Grade D / EB8Job DescriptionExperian Global Security office have an exciting new opportunity for a Third Party Security Programme Support Specialist.In this role you will be responsible for planning and facilitating the global delivery of TPS Operations to the requirements of Experian policy in addition to performing support activities to ensure the completion of assessments and managing special projects.This is a hybrid (40% in the office), Nottingham based position reporting to the Director of 3rd Party SecurityThere are three main priorities for this position:Oversight of the Third Party Security assessment activities and key performance measures to ensure that TPS achieves the targeted SLOsProject and change management for special projects and activities as required.Identification of strategic initiatives and opportunities for innovation and process improvements to drive efficiency.Key Responsibilities:-Own the TPS Service Scorecard and work with regional TPS Managers to meet internal Service Level Objectives (SLOs).Oversight of the TPS assessment programme to ensure the completion of assessment activities to meet Experian policy.Manage & participate in special projects as required to ensure delivery of agreed scope and timelines.Provide guidance and support for TPS resources as required for the delivery of assurance activities and special projects.Identify opportunities to improve the TPSMS framework and provide proposals to TPS leadership as required.Provide support to audits of TPS operations as required.Act as an ambassador for TPS and engage with stakeholders to provide support and cascade communications as required.Identify opportunities to improve internal communications and provide guidance and support with TPS and stakeholders as required.Provide support and guidance on policy and process to the TPS team in all regions.QualificationsExperience in similar role in GRC, Automation, Process Improvement or Information Security.Experience delivering process improvement & collaborative initiatives (projects)Background overseeing delivery of technology programmes, experience with security/risk focused projects desirableExperience improving automation in programs / processesAdvanced skills with Microsoft Office products, additional experience with ServiceNow, SQL, Power BI, SharePoint desirable.Experience with Vendor Management & Project Management workspaces desirableExperience working across a large organisation keeping track of multiple stakeholders to enable roadmap deliveryAdditional InformationBenefits package includes:Great compensation package and discretionary bonus planCore benefits include pension, bupa healthcare, sharesave scheme and more25 days annual leave with 8 bank holidays and 3 volunteering days.
