Skills and CompetenciesExtensive 15–20+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibility for complex global accounting operations across multiple entities and jurisdictionsDeep expertise in United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), internal controls, financial compliance, accruals, prepaids, cash accounting, and expense recognitionProven ability to lead large global accounting organizations, including management of senior leaders and oversight of onshore and offshore delivery modelsStrong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across Finance, Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis, Legal, Audit, and external audit functionsDemonstrated success leading finance transformation initiatives involving process standardization, automation, systems enhancements, and operating model evolutionAdvanced proficiency with enterprise financial systems and accounting platforms, including SAP, BlackLine, reconciliation tools, and consolidation processesDeep expertise in artificial intelligence, with a track record of implementing advanced AI solutions to drive strategic transformation and operational efficiency while promoting responsible AI governance and risk managementEducationBachelor's degree in Accounting requiredCertified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional accounting designation strongly preferredMaster's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferredResponsibilitiesLead the global Non-Compensation Accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong governance, operational excellence, and continuous transformation across enterprise accounting processesEstablish and execute the global strategy, operating model, and governance framework for Non-Compensation Accounting across multiple entities and jurisdictionsProvide executive oversight of global cash, bank accounting, accruals, prepaids, consulting expenses, and related accounting activities to ensure accurate and compliant financial reportingExercise final decision authority on complex accounting...
