Skills and CompetenciesStrong understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, allocations, and period-end closeSolid knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS with the ability to apply standards to moderately complex transactionsExperience performing subledger reconciliations across payroll, leases, debt, derivatives, AP, and AR with accuracy and timelinessStrong analytical skills, including variance analysis, root-cause identification, and corrective action recommendationsExperience supporting internal and external audits and maintaining audit-ready documentation and controlsProficiency with SAP, BlackLine, and advanced ExcelHands-on experience using AI tools to improve efficiency, with growing awareness of AI risk management and responsible useEducationBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldResponsibilitiesThe Senior Accountant executes core Record-to-Report activities to support accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting across global operations. Prepare and review routine to moderately complex journal entries in line with policies, close timelines, and documentation standardsPerform severance, restructuring, and consolidated variance analysis, including journals, reconciliations, accruals, and FP&A supportProvide oversight of statements of work, disclosures, roll-forwards, variance analysis, and escalation of judgment-based issuesExecute corporate and other allocations, including input validation, posting, and reconciliationPerform subledger reconciliations across payroll, leases, debt, derivatives, AP, and AR, resolving variances promptlySupport month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close through adjustments, reconciliations, schedules, and documentationPrepare and review payroll, lease, debt, and derivatives accounting entries, including accruals and timing adjustmentsAssist with internal and external audits, internal controls, and stakeholder inquiries and help in Maintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready documentationContribute to process improvements focused on standardization, efficiency, and best practicesAbout the TeamThe Record-to-Report...
